Every Pinkie order comes with a money-back guarantee. How long you get depends on
which bundle you ordered:
5 cloths — 30 days
15 cloths — 60 days
25 cloths — 90 days
We don't expect you to decide whether these belong in your home from a product
photo, or from one wipe of one worktop.
Take them out. Run one under the warm tap, wring it out properly, and go at the
thing in your house that never comes up clean — the glass splashback behind the
cooker, the shower screen, the inside of the car windscreen. Then wash them, use
them again, and see whether you've stopped reaching for the kitchen roll.
If they don't do what we've said they do, let us know within your guarantee
period and we'll refund your purchase in accordance with the terms below.

Once your refund is approved it will be issued to your original payment method
within 5 business days.

If you'd like to tell us why Pinkie wasn't right for you, we genuinely appreciate
the feedback, but you don't need to justify your decision.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
These aren't conditions. They're the four things that decide whether the cloth
works properly, and three of the four are about water and washing rather than the
cloth itself.
Never use fabric softener.
This is the big one. Softener coats the fibres and seals shut the tiny channels
that do the actual cleaning. A Pinkie washed with softener will smear like any
ordinary cloth, and it won't recover. Normal detergent only.
Wring it out harder than feels right.
Streaks on glass come from too much water, not from the cloth. Barely damp is
correct. If the surface still looks wet a second after you've wiped it, wring it
out again and go over it once more.
Start with water alone.
It's meant to work without a spray, and on most jobs it will. Try it on its own
before you reach for a cleaner — that's the part most people don't quite believe
until they've done it.
Machine wash, no bleach.
Up to 60°C with your normal load. Line dry or tumble on low. They come out ready
to use again; there's nothing to replace and nothing to reorder.
Give it a fair run.
The point of the guarantee is to give you enough time to try them on real mess in
your own home, across a few different surfaces, without feeling as though you had
to decide the moment the parcel arrived.
WHEN YOUR GUARANTEE BEGINS
Your guarantee period begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date
you placed it.
If shipping takes a week, that week does not come out of your guarantee.
ONE GUARANTEE PER CUSTOMER
The Streak-Free Guarantee is limited to one qualifying refund per customer and
applies only to eligible Pinkie orders purchased directly through
trythepinkie.com.
Orders purchased from another retailer or third-party marketplace are subject to
that retailer's own return policy.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights
Act 2015.
