What you get

    December, sorted

24 mornings of chocolate. Or 24 mornings of this.

A chocolate calendar is sugar before breakfast for 24 days straight, then an empty plastic tray. Same countdown, no sugar — and they keep the dumplings.

    Zero sugar

No sugar before breakfast. No mid-morning crash.

    1st December

The first door. The one they have been asking about since the box arrived.

    Christmas Eve

Door 24, full set on the windowsill. The chocolate one is in the bin.

    £29.99 once. £1.25 a morning.

It has to arrive before the 1st, or it is just a box of toys. We dispatch in 1-2 working days, but late November is the busiest fortnight of the year for UK carriers.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The things people actually ask before buying.

Is it actually reusable, or does it fall apart? +

It is machine washable and built to be washed and used again hundreds of times. Wash it with your normal load, no fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and is the one thing that will stop it working. Line dry or tumble on low.

How does it clean with just water? +

This is the bit that makes it different from a normal cloth. The fibres are split into strands far finer than a human hair, and they carry a slight static charge, so dirt and grease are lifted off the surface and trapped inside the cloth. A cotton cloth or a paper towel does the opposite — it pushes the dirt around and leaves a film behind, which is why you need a spray to make it work. Wet it, wring it out hard, wipe.

Do I need to buy any spray or chemicals? +

No. That is the point of it. Water is what activates the fibres. If you want to use a cleaner on something particularly greasy you still can, but for day-to-day cleaning you will not need one — which is another £30 or £40 a year you stop spending.

What can I use it on? +

Glass, mirrors, windows, shower screens, stainless steel, granite, marble, worktops, hobs, tiles, chrome, TV and laptop screens, car interiors and windscreens. It is safe on delicate surfaces and will not scratch — the fibres are soft and there is no abrasive in them.

Will it leave streaks on glass? +

No — that is the whole point of it, and it is what the guarantee covers. The one thing to get right is wringing it out: streaks come from too much water, so wring it until it is barely damp before you wipe. On very dirty glass, go over it once damp and once dry.

Does it really replace kitchen roll? +

Yes — for wiping, spills and surfaces, which is nearly everything a roll gets used for. One pack of five XXL cloths does the work of around 75 rolls. Wipe, rinse or wash it, use it again. Nothing to reorder and nothing going in the bin.

How many do I need? +

One pack of five covers a single cleaning station — a stack by the kitchen sink, say. Most homes end up wanting one stack per room: kitchen and stainless steel, bathroom and mirrors, glass and windows, and the car. That is why the 15-pack is the one most people order, and why it works out about a third cheaper per cloth.

How do I wash them? +

Machine wash up to 60°C with your normal detergent. No fabric softener and no bleach. They come out of the wash ready to use again — there is nothing to replace and nothing to reorder.

    Highly recommend for sensory-seeking kids

My 7-year-old daughter has sensory toys all over the house, so this was basically made for her. She loved coming down and squeezing each new dumpling while we were rushing around getting ready for school. Brilliant product.

    Became our favourite morning routine

Bought this last year for my 6-year-old because she's completely obsessed with anything squishy. I didn't expect her to get THIS excited about it, to be honest. Opening the little door became the best part of our morning routine.

    The cutest countdown

The actual countdown was the best part of December. My son would wake up at the crack of dawn and ask, 'Can we open today's dumpling yet?' It made the whole build-up to Christmas feel a bit more special.

    Worthy alternative to chocolate

Such a nice change from the standard cheap chocolate calendars every morning. My 8-year-old was way more excited about getting a new little squishy than another piece of sweet.

    Perfect for sharing

My kids were 4 and 7 last Christmas and shared one box. I thought it might cause massive arguments, but they took turns opening the doors and actually loved doing it together. Really sweet to watch.

The reindeer was a massive hit

The little reindeer dumpling was the absolute favourite in our house. My 7-year-old carried it around in her pocket for about three days straight. Really cute idea for Christmas.

    She named every single one

I bought it thinking it would just be a fun little countdown, but my daughter genuinely got attached to the characters. She gave them all names and had them all lined up on her bedroom shelf by Christmas Day.

    Woke up excited every day

My daughter was 7 last Christmas and this was easily her favourite advent calendar. She'd come running downstairs every morning to see which little dumpling she got. Outstanding value.

    Saved me from morning arguments!

My two girls were 5 and 8, so I bought one each to stop the arguments. Best decision ever. They compared their dumplings every single morning and swapped favourites constantly.

Still playing with them a year later

Bought two for my twin daughters when they turned 6. They were completely obsessed. We still have most of the little squishies in their toy box nearly a year later, they last really well.

Back for round two this year

We had one last Christmas for my 5-year-old and she was SO happy with it. Just ordered another box for this year because she keeps asking if the dumplings are coming back. Had to grab it early!

Ordered early before it sells out

Bought this in 2025 for my two kids and they absolutely loved it. I've already ordered again for Christmas 2026 because I know they'll go mad when they see it. Five stars from us.

Currently hiding this in the wardrobe!

Ours has just arrived for this Christmas and I'm actively trying to hide it from my 7-year-old because she'll want to start opening it immediately. We had one last year and she adored it.

Missed out last year, not making that mistake again

Ordered super early this year because I missed out on a similar one last Christmas when they went viral. My daughter is 6 and has already seen the box online, so I'm hiding this until December 1st! Can't wait.

    Kept my 9-year-old interested

My son is 9 and normally loses interest in advent calendars after about a week. Not this one. He actually remembered every single morning and reminded ME to help him open it.

Even the older kids love it

My niece is 10 and I worried she might be slightly too old for it. Nope. She loved them and immediately started picking which ones were the 'rare' ones.

A simple but memorable Christmas tradition

This ended up being one of those simple Christmas things the kids actually remembered. My daughter still talks about 'the dumpling calendar' from last year. Money well spent.

    Granddaughter adored them

Got this for my granddaughter when she turned 6. She absolutely loved the tiny faces on the dumplings and kept every single one. Her mum said they were scattered all over her bedroom floor by Christmas!

    Couldn't even wait for December

I got this for my grandson who is 8, and he opened the first door before December even started because he couldn't wait. Safe to say it was an instant hit.

    Absolutely worth it

We bought it fairly late in November and I'm so glad we did. My little granddaughter was 5 and her face every morning made it completely worth it.
